I would like to request the help of the community mods regarding restricted products that pose risk to Amazon customers.

I’ve raised this via standard violation reporting several times, but it hasn’t gone anywhere even though action clearly needs to be taken.

I can’t disclose much more information as there are identifiers in the case that I wish to disclose confidentially.

I want to escalate this issue & I have further evidence that I need to disclose confidentially.

Could one of the community mods please help & open a case where I can hand over the evidence & then escalate from there?

if you’ve started a lawsuit against Anazon then it’s not likely any mods will get involved now/ and no one here can help.

Can I ask you to check out this thread about the continuing emails that Amazon send out, prompting customers to ask for a refund as their item may be lost. This simply encourages fraudulent claims, and it is so obvious that the supposed claims of INR are far more frequent on Amazon than other platforms or sellers own websites.

Has this issue been forwarded/escalated to the relevant department, as was advised, that can look into this ? Thank you.
