3 Months and still my FBA heavy and bulky items have still not be put in to stock

we sent 10 pallets of stock worth over £10,000 to FBA heavy and bulky items over 3 months ago , 2 arrived in to stock immediatly the other 8 have been in transit for 3 months they did not even show up as received at the amazon warehouse after we opened a dispute they admitted they had arrived and changed there status to delivered , but still not showing up for sale how can this take so long , we can not run a business using FBA it we have £10,000 worth of stock just sitting in there warehouse !
