I would like to know what you think about Amazon's seller support. Whenever I encounter issues with Amazon, which happens multiple times a day, I reach out to seller support. However, I find that they often don’t understand the problems or Amazon's policies. Most of the time, they either don’t help at all or just copy and paste from the FAQ.
The biggest issue is that the advice they give often contradicts Amazon's policies. Additionally, phone support is frustrating because their microphones are of poor quality, and their accents are difficult to understand, making communication nearly impossible.
Am I the only one facing these issues, or is this a widespread problem? We pay significant fees to Amazon, and yet the service we receive is subpar. I believe we deserve better from a company valued at over a trillion dollars. What are your thoughts?
It looks like you have been active on the forums for several months, I'm sure you can tell by now, no, its not just you.
Nothing however will change until amazon need to because sellers depart in their droves and their revenue drops. Thouhg even then - I daresay amazon would just increase fees first.
