Problem in listing first product with GS1 code

I have bought GTIN13 codes from GS1 official website. My brand is not registered, when I list my first product with a GTIN CODE, it says insufficient number. Kindly help me to resolve this.

Make sure you use drop down EAN not GTIN.

what Brand name are you trying to add to the listing and what Brand Name did you register with GS1 ?
are you registered with Amazon Brand Registry ?
