Deactivated account due to an invalid credit card
Hello fellow Amazon sellers,
I am currently facing an issue with my UK account, which has been deactivated due to an invalid credit card. Unfortunately, I am unable to reactivate it as I do not possess a credit card. I would like to know if there are alternative methods to reactivate a deactivated UK account or close it permanently.
Additionally, this deactivation has caused my global account to be suspended. I am unable to lift the suspension until the issue with my UK account is resolved. Unfortunately, I am unable to create a support ticket with the UK team because my global account is suspended. Whenever I attempt to create a ticket inquiring about a solution, the tickets get closed automatically saying that it’s in a wrong channel. The support I received from the US account team has not been helpful so far, as they keep emphasizing that the UK account issue needs to be addressed first.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue and successfully resolved it? I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights regarding this matter.

Some sellers do use debit cards, but it needs to be allocated to all UK and EU sites
You may find verification will be the next step after adding the card
