All EU stores added automatically and Card Verification failed

I am new to amazon seller and I realised that Amazon added all eu countries automatically as my stores eventhough I only wanted to operate in UK. Has anyone struggled with the same thing?
In addition, it asks me to verify my card in all these countries and taking 1Euro and 1Pound from my account for each. After I verified all of them, it still says my card needs to be replaced as it wasnt verified fully - BUT I can see all the amount taken from my account for each of the countries listed.
My questions
- Is there any way to close all other stores and just exist in UK store
- Is there any way to get my verification money back as it is 16pound taken without being verified fully

I am also a new seller and was automatically listed for EU countries I think : I started off with just the UK then one day I saw that my products were showing up and being bought in Europe. I sold a few but postal restrictions and fees may be too much for me. I just want to sell in the UK too. not sure how to remove the EU countries. Also had to refund an order as customer said they did not receive it.
