Ip Complaint on Images
Hi,
I received an IP complaint on images of a popular brand that authorized us to resell and an unknown brand name ABC " ABC is a brand name" . I provided all the details, but Amazon is not accepting the invoices, contract letter, and EC declaration. The brand name AND is not authorized to send an IP complaint to anyone, yet Amazon is accepting their complaint against the popular brand. I need help with this case.

We possess an authorized letter from the brand indicating that we purchase from an authorized distributor. We have an invoice and original product images clearly demonstrating that the product belongs to our brand, not to any other brand which name is "AND".
I am unsure how Amazon permits someone to file an IP complaint, and currently, no one is providing assistance.
