Is it obligated to include the packing slip in the package?

As the titel says, is it obligated to include packing slips in the package send to the customer?
My packages will be sent out by a third party but I do not want them to see the price I sold my items for.

Just playing devil’s advocate, but you do realise that if they care what price you sold the item for they can just lookup your listing on Amazon?

A word of warning, just in case the following applies to you.
This seller had problems with what he called his “partner” / a third party method of selling.
We may not reply to further emails about this issue?
Also if you do use other sellers to fulfill orders on your behalf, many still do include a packing slip or invoice, even if a request for one not to be included is made.

I’ve been told by Amazon that it is obligatory for sellers who fulfil their own orders to include a packing slip. I realise Amazon do not do this themselves but this is what I have been told.

There is a simple solution.

Call yourself something like TERRANCE, N DAGG KAYZER, OR AIDEN LOPEZ DO NOT DELIVERY TO NEIGHBORS.

Programme your dropshipping software to include the words NO INVOICE ! next to the address or recipients name

For bonus points, programme the software to issue a follow up email to the seller you dropshipped from with something badly worded along the lines of WHERE IZ TRAKKING ?

And then follow up with an A-Z claim for non delivery, which adds extra profit to the whole operation.

Happy dropshipping ! :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

From Amazon’s T&Cs/Policies:

Drop shipping, or allowing a third party to fulfil orders to customers on your behalf, is generally acceptable. If you intend to fulfil orders using a drop shipper you must always:

  • be the seller of record of your products;
  • identify yourself as the seller of your products on all package slips and other information included or provided in connection with them;
  • be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and
  • comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies.

Examples of drop shipping that are not permitted:

  • purchasing products from another online retailer and having that retailer shipping directly to customers; or
  • shipping orders with packing slips, invoices or other information indicating a seller name or contact information other than your own.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the suspension or removal of your selling privileges.

and:

Put the packing slip in the box with the items you are sending, then seal the box.

I dispatch my own orders, I don’t bother.
You don’t have to. It saves time and paper

Five years ago I got a negative feedback because I didn’t put the slip in the package. Some Amazon buyers feels they’re so privileged because they pay their monthly fee.
