Listing going to fix listing

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone from Amazon Seller Support or the community can help me here.

I’ve now tried 10+ times to list a seamoss product under my registered brand. Each time, the listing is created, submitted successfully, and marked as “in progress” — but shortly after, it vanishes completely. No error messages, no suppression notice, nothing in my catalog or inventory. It’s as if it never existed.

I’ve double-checked everything: compliance, listing policy, category approvals — all in line. Still, the listing disappears without a trace.

This is becoming incredibly frustrating as I am a brand owner and this is now a constant issue whenever I try to list this product.

Can someone from Amazon please escalate this or guide me to a solution? I’m losing time, money, and trust in the platform.

Just asking since you haven't mentioned - have you checked your Complete your draft listings or Fix Your Products page?

With disappearing listings like this, these two pages often show if the listing is still in the system and any specific issues causing it to not publish.

Since we're forum moderators and don't work on specific issues, the best way to get support on this is contacting Seller Support directly.

If you've already contacted Seller Support about this issue, please share the case ID so we can ask our partner team to investigate further for you.

Every time I try and list this page happens

I did find it in incomplete listings but every time I edit it and it says all good I finish and save and it goes straight back. I tried 15 times with different skus and it goes here
