Review manipulation at its finest

It is very rare a week goes by that I can sell on amazon without an issue. I will soon be double digit years into my amazon journey and that statement is very depressing…

I have been selling ASIN:B08CBD13T2 for close to a year and a bit and as it should be the brand was Konomi. How has a chinese seller that has a UK business managed to change the brand name and this then means the listing is now locked down. When investigating the brand WYSWYG it is clear as day they are review manipulating.

I try and get it changed back and am hit by the usual SS rubbish that the brand owner must change it. How on earth is this done. I can barely get listings corrected when I provide, photos, website links and everything else asked.

How do they get away with it…?
