FBA delivery - damaged product. How to approach customer?
Hi,
Today I received a message from customer saying item is damaged during delivery (delivery guy tried to put small parcel from letter hole and item destroyed -wet wipes burst-).
Customer wrote to me for FBA delivery. I answered her that they should contact Amazon directly for FBA delivery related issue, but if it is still not solved I will try to help. I gave her below link as well:
What else should I do, from which menu they could access to correct people/place in amazon buyer account of theirs? She says she can’t return it as it is burst and soggy.
What else I could do?

You don’t do anything more than you have already done.
If it’s FBA, then the customer needs to contact support.
You cannot assist with a return/replacement etc.
That is what your paying Amazon to do.

How nice that FBA delivery related issue comes back to me as refund… (Performance or quality not adequate)…
Amazon fails to deliver safely (damages while delivery) and I pay the refund plus all other expenses…
