Reactivate Account

Hi. I’m trying to add a new product and I keep getting this message:

  • Due to limited account activity, your ability to create listings has been disabled. To restore your ability to create listings, please click on Replace Charge Method to either add a new credit card or select an existing credit card. Processing time may take up to 48 hours.

I have everything updated and all. The card numbers were put in today and everything is updated.

When I click “reactivate account” it just brings me to the “CHARGE METHOD” page and doesn’t actually show any errors.

In my “Account Info” it says my account status is Valid so im really confused?

If anyone can help - it would be much appreciated!
