Request to sell Toys in GB and DE
Hello all,
Amazon has requested I submit documentation to be able to sell Toys. I submitted requested invoices showing purchase of 10 items or more + pictures of the items, boxes, shipping labels etc.
My application continues to get denied. I have submitted 10+ times now always included the requested information.
Is this normal?

Unfortunately yes, the standard advice is to get a good selling history behind you e.g 6 months in another category with happy customers, regular sales and good metrics, then to reapply. You will be more likely to be accepted.
However with toys and the deadline that comes in to qualify for selling leading up to and during the Christmas period, you are right to try and get approval asap.
This may be a reason why Amazon aren’t granting it, but without seeing what you are submitting it is hard to tell.
ie Retail receipts will be refused, as will most chinese invoices. Photos should be clear and of all sides showing a genuine CE mark etc…
