Should I send Proactive POA for UK and DE whilst Suspended on FR and IT for same?
Hi,
I am going through a nightmarish few months on Amazon.
I had received IP warning on similar ASIN’s across on all our amazon accounts back in summer (June/July on .com and EU accounts). I straight away removed\deleted the products as they contributed less that 1% in sales to our total turnover and returned back to the supplier.
I emailed support of my action and asked if I need to do anything else. I was told as I have deleted the ASIN’s I do not need to do anything else and after 180 days those warnings will disappear.
Then on 3rd Aug our USA account got suspended saying “We arrived at this decision after detecting multiple violations of our listing policies.” It was for 22 ASIN’s (Single product with 22 child ASINs in colour\size).
So, my first thought was to get the USA account reinstated before I act on the warnings on the EU accounts.
So whilst I was waiting to hear from Amazon on my POA I got suspended on FR and IT on 12th Oct too to the effect “We have not received a valid plan of action addressing the infringement issues” [but originally they never asked for a POA, only said if we have removed the ASIN in error to contact them].
Now panic hit big time so I send in POA for IT and FR too straight away and then checked with support again on outstanding Warnings on UK/DE/ES and this time I was given mixed response – First was “as you have deleted the listing you should not need to anything else” and when I told them that I got suspended on FR and IT for just deleting the listings and sitting back then I got told to write to notice-dispute@amazon.com
Currently I have POA’s for USA, FR and IT lodged with notice-dispute@amazon.com and I am not getting any response on those, should I still be sending POA against warning on UK\ES\DE too?
Should they be individual POA’s for each site or just one for all?
My concern is that with putting a new POA I might be lose my position in the queue.

Suspected Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints definitely shouldn’t be ignored and removing the listings with issues from your inventory won’t help prevent a suspension or recognized as a good action in your Plan of Action.
You always need to comply with Amazon’s instructions and make all necessary edits to ensure that the defects get removed from your metrics.
A Plan of Action needs to be unique for every individual marketplace, it sounds like you are failing to manage your Seller Account properly since you are having your Amazon marketplaces deactivated one by one.
No proactive Plan of Action is necessary for an account in a good standing unless Amazon contacts you and requests one.
Instead, you need to work on handling the complaints to ensure the defects are removed.

Hello Euphoria,
Abel here to assist.
I’ll directly start to answer your queries;
First of all, it seems that most probably your selling privileges on different marketplaces have been removed automatically by the system due to having several infringement, to prevent additional complaints.
Well, as you have already provided POA for USA,FR and IT, your case must have been forwarded to the appropriate Amazon team, and they will contact you to confirm the status of your selling account. Sometimes it may take longer than we expected.
If you have complaints on different ASINS at each marketplaces, then you need to send individual ones for each of them. However, if the issues are driven by the same ASINS you can provide one POA addressing on the issues for EU or USA (for unified marketplaces) and better to state the situation on your POA as well.
It’s highly recommended to not to ignore the warnings and please always check your Account Health Dashboard (AHD) and Performance Metrics, Performance Notifications on daily basis. Ignoring the notifications may cause complicated issues in the future.
Please do not hesitate us write about your further queries.
All the best
Abel
