Customer having issue with buying on Amazon to ship to Northern Ireland

I have had 2 customers asking if i can ship to northern Ireland, (i am in the UK) they are saying when they purchase the item its saying error unable to ship here, has anyone else had this? ive never had a problem with orders going there before?

Not had that problem but I’d check your shipping templates to make sure you’ve included NI.

Some sellers have different delivery costs there, so maybe you’ve tried to update and it’s not worked.
