Quantity, Number of Items and size attributes merged

Hello,
we are selling in the Safety Work Gloves category and have been having issues with our size attribute for about a month.
We usually use a color and size variation (for example Red, Small) and we are also forced to add a Quantity, Quantity type and Number of Items (for example 1 Count (Pack of 1). But recently some of our products are showing 1 Count (Pack of 1) instead of the size! I tried everything to fix that information but nothing is working. It is as Amazon considers Quantity, Quantity type and Number of Items as our Size value.
This is happening only for some of the Childs so now what is appearing in the size Drop-down box is Small, Medium, Large, 1 Count (Pack of 1).

Does any of you have experience with this and knows how to fix it?
