UK. Account deactivated
Hi All,
Stressed since 2017 and to date…
Its been a long time since i have being deactivated from account with countless journeys in-between to reinstate my account. I was originally suspended because of the inauthenticity violations policy which i can understand but with countless POA’s and lack of invoicing due to dropshipping methods, my a account still remains deactivated (2023). I have had several pieces of advice on how to go about giving amazon what they want in order to get the account back.
1st. The catergory in which i had been suspended for (toys & Games). One person suggests i find a wholesaler, purchase 10 items of different inventory, send the invoices to amazon and this will reinstate my account.
2nd. Give up and admit defeat!
Any thoughts from anyone?

Only you can decide if its worth fighting for but you also need to look at your business model, buying 10 units to get your account back is possible but what do you want to do after that, is it more dropshipping?

Hi @Mutchydoesit,
We regret the inconvenience your account deactivation has caused you.
As mentioned
You can definitely continue selling with us if you work on the unresolved issues.
You stated that even though you submitted many appeals, your account still remained deactivated for in authenticity issues.
An appeal and the future inventory of 10 units are the solutions in circumstances where you were unable to submit invoices for the ASINs for which your account was suspended.
However, this is not always the case; depending on your eligibility, only you can submit an appeal along with future inventory invoices.
You can contact the Account Health Support staff by opening a case, click here.
By clicking on the link provided, you can ask the team for a call and find out if you qualify for a future inventory or not. You may also obtain help in drafting your appeal.
Here, you must sell in a different category, different from the category of the products you were already selling, if you’re eligible.
Be careful to find a supplier who can be verified for the product category you intend to offer. Considering that the invoices must be sent for verification.
Please let us know if you have any additional concerns.
Regards,
Pia
