Problems selling
Hi,
I had an account for years selling my collection of DR Who/Warhammer books. Now my account has been deactivated and all my books removed. When I try to reactivate it’s asking me to pay £800 and £128 a month.
Please, speak to me like a child. what has changed? I just want to offload my collection to pay my bills.

Did you cancel your subscription? It sounds like you didn’t. Or you have a bill for storage at the FBA centres.
Have you actually asked them what it’s for?

Were you on the Pro selling plan ? (used to be called Pro-merchant) where you paid £30 a month fee ?
If so, did you fail to downgrade and they have continued taking the £30 a month ?
Or, was your stock in FBA and you have been racking up FBA fees ?
As Brian says, post the email notification you received, and it might help us to understand what is happening.

It appears to me the reason you account is deactivated is because the payment method has expired owing a balance. Reactivate by updating your payment method?
