Seller Account identity confirmation delay 45 days
Hi, i applied for amazon seller account 2 months ago . after i registered my account has been deactivated because of Account Health identification check. i appealed and send all my information (council tax bill and my tax reference number). 20 days later i got an rejection for my information then i uploaded different bills (electricity,gas). it has been 40 days but still there is no action on my account . By the way Amazon charged 2 times £30 from my bank account and i can’t even list my items to sell .
there is no phone number to call and they’re sending same emails when i leave an appeal.
Do anyone know where can i cancel my order for Seller Account and get refund for 2 months or do anyone can send me a number to contact wit amazon ?

I have lost track of the number of times I and others have answered this question.
You obviously signed up for the Professional selling plan - hence the £30,.00 a month fees.
You need to downgrade to the Indicidual plan so no more fees are taken - Settings - Acccount Info - Your Services - Manage.
Then , as long as you have not sold anything you can request a refund by opening a case with Seller Support - Help.
There is no telephone support at the moment, only email.
