Hello. I am new to Amazon and have been trying to get an amazon seller account setup for my small business. So far this has been a nightmare. I worked with several associates to get this account set up under my business email addresses and explicitly not under my personal Amazon shopper account. Long story short, associate #2 that I spoke with assured me that wouldn't happen, and that amazon seller accounts and amazon customer accounts were completely different. Well, as I now know, and was admitted to by associate #3, that was wrong and now my amazon seller account (which is registered to my LLC) is linked to my personal customer account. I need to undo this and/or get my LLC registered under a new seller account. I have another email address to do this. How do I go about getting this done? My setup fee for this initial seller account has been refunded, not sure if that's good or bad. At this point I will pay two $40 setup fees just to get this going and off the ground. Any / all help is appreciated.
