Can a hijackers bad review be removed?
I had a problem with hijackers selling their version of my item. So, I got myself branded and the hijackers are all gone now. Can the bad reviews that their version of my item got be removed and how would I go about it? Many thanks.

You're going to struggle with that. Amazon's view regarding reviews will be the customers perspective of the product/service received which at the time would be an accurate reflection regardless of who the seller was. All you can do is keep providing great products and great service and hope the positives soon outweigh the negatives.

While I understand your position, product reviews can only be removed if they go against our Community Guidelines. If you consider that the reviews go against our guidelines, please follow the steps below:
- From the product detail page, find the review in question.
- Click the “Report abuse” link and follow the steps to report the review.
- You can also email reviews-help@amazon.co.uk and report the review there (make sure to include the review link)
