Brand name has changed

I have three variations of a product that I am the only seller on Amazon and have been selling this product for six years under the brand name of my company, then about a month ago the brand name changed to BATEMEN W unknown to me. I have asked for help from customer services but they say that BATEMEN W is the brand owner and closed the case. I am still listed as the only seller and the ASIN is listed under my UPC. I have searched Amazon for BATEMEN W but can not find any trace of such a seller?
