Not getting emails about returns

hi all, i have my first return open, i didnt realise the request was sent 3 days ago, felt bad the buyer was waiting for a reply,
i double checked all my notifications were ticked but still getting no emails when i get a message from the request , is this normal ?

If you check you Seller Centre page regularly return requests are there along with orders. Easy to do in case you don’t get emails. By not responding quickly you will get bad metrics.
