If this is a product that can be freely bought but you have applied your brand to it, chances are the other seller just hasn’t realised they can’t list on it. You could try messaging them.

Who has applied the EAN?
You say a supplier sells the item to others - did they apply the EAN or are you applying your own EAN bought from GS1 and adding your own branded packaging? If so do you have permission to do so from the supplier?
If you are listing under suppliers EAN then it is the same item. When you say you have listed under your own brand do you mean you have set Brand field to yours? If the EAN was applied by supplier then it is not your Brand and anyone can list under it.
Brand registry will mean you using your own EAN bought from GS1 and the item having your Brand name on packaging/labels etc.

Sounds very fishy this.

If you have trademarked the brand, and have registered with brand registry, and the product is genuinely your own branded product with your barcode on it and your brand on the product or packaging then there’s a very simple solution.

Which anyone who actually does have Trademarks and Brand registry would know.

I suspect that this is a generic product and listing and you have put your name in the title and think you somehow own it.
