None of Our Merchant Fulfilled Offers are Visible
Morning all,
Any help much appreciated. All of my MFN offers have been hidden from their respective detail pages. All still say Active and have stock in my inventory. No Account Health or Performance Notifications, no email communication to say my offers have been pulled, I’m not in holiday mode, I’ve checked everything I can think of. FBA offers still active and selling fine. I last sold something MFN around 32 minutes ago so this has only just happened. Is this a possible glitch or is there anything I can do?!

Based on your description i’d start by looking at your VTR, However, i still see your FBM offers - are you logged in with a UK postcode? For some reason sometimes when i log in recently i have an incorrect UK postocde set and all products show as undeliverable.

Sorry for the double post but I just did a bit of investigation and for some stupid reason my account postcode is correct but Amazon thinks I want delivery to ‘SE1 7’… no idea where that has come from but clearly that’s causing the issue?! Oddly though I can still see offers from other sellers.
