Browse Nodes Removed
Hi All,
I have yet again had browse nodes removed from my products for some reason. Seller Support are driving me round the bend with their usual nonsense.
Have any of you had this problem?
Last time (4 weeks ago or so) this has happened SS have sorted it after emailing managingdirector@amazon.co.uk (no idea if it helped but it got sorted soon after my email), but this time round it has now been 7 days and I have already lost out significantly on my best sellers.
I am not trying it on with browse nodes, I want products categorised correctly with clear evidence of years of sales, but I am just getting nowhere and getting very frustrated.
Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

I’m finding that a lot of ours don’t have their browse nodes assigned.
A lot of people have been making threads over the last week saying they can’t find their products from the search function all of a sudden, so guessing it’s happening to at least a few people.

So frustrating and SS really outdoing themselves at this time. I understand things can happen and issues like browse nodes missing of course happen, but surely this i an easy fix by them, not one that takes weeks to resolve. Guess I have no choice but to keep waiting whilst calculating the lost sales!
I noticed that a lot of competitors in our category have had nodes removed, but not items sold directly by Amazon. Suspicious or am I just paranoid now?
