The lack of response to my appeal has only exacerbated my frustration. Not for 3P sellers.
Again, Amazon doesn't make it's money being nice or fair. It's a huge operation and the only thing that matters is the amount of money Amazon makes, vs, the risk of money they could lose (Think counterfeit lawsuits and such)

Amazon sent you an email regarding the deactivation of your account, there they inform you about the reason. If you want some advice about if there is hope of reinstatement copy and paste that message here.
But don't wait that your message will disturb someone from Amazon....
