White background editing listings - help
Can you not edit images in handmade anymore? ive had an email regarding a suppressed listing, ive added a new image, doesn’t seem to have saved.
I did query this before with a member of support and he said don’t try to change anything unless my listings become suppressed.
Ive gone in some of my others to edit images as i do have one in my listings on a pure white background but they don’t seem to be saving and as usual call back is unavailable.
Surely i don’t have to relist all the other ones which need editing?

Photo room is a phone app. I email the pics from the laptop, open on my phone, photo room it then email it from the phone.
Paint 3d is on the laptop.
All ways to do it are a faff
I had a listing that would not come out of suppressed. I checked it closely and the shadow must have only been 2mm. As soon as I took that away the listing was active

Ooh it wasn’t on PC when I first found it. Will have to get that on the PC.
Your welcome, I started on normal Amazon so had to find a way for white background. I definitely have more gray hair because of it
