11th day and haven't received my disbursement

Amazon says that the payment was sent to my bank on 25/08/2024, but I haven't received it yet. They also gave me a transaction ID, but my bank says, there is no such payment on my account.

This is crazy. I have called my bank 3 times and they say that there is no money on my account. Amazon says that they sent it. It's been 13 days already since I have requested the payment. Where is my payment? I asked Amazon to send me some kind of banking payment confirmation that proves that they sent the payment but they just ignore me. It's £11600.
