My Seller Account deactivated -ID verification
Hello,
Good Day!
I am a newbie and my seller account under ID verification process. i have submitted the required document PDF file but rejected.
However, i would like to know that what was the reason for rejection of this document… so i can avoid the mistake while resubmitting. i have sent email message to AMAZON several time but could not receive prompt response to understand this issue.
Is there anybody who can guide me to resolve my issue and bring back my account in active mode.

The following email received from in response to my open case , need expert opinion .
" Hello,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a Selling on Amazon account. You cannot sell on Amazon UK and Amazon European stores if you do not have a Selling on Amazon account.
If you register any new accounts, we will also decline them.
If you wish to appeal this decision, reply to this email within 30 days. You may be required to provide additional information and documents during an appeal process.
The Amazon Payments team "
