Product Authenticity Complaints

Someone unfairly returned an item with the reason it was a counterfit item it was a video game they complained about which was a original game dont know why they left this now to remove this amazon wants an invoice that i purchased 10 units of that game from a wholesaler which i obviously didnt do so what can i do about this. I already had 4 strikes on my account for selling squid game masks last year that was when i was new to selling and didnt know much the 180 days were going to end for those next month now i have this new strike.
