Customer Refunds

Hello

A customer purchased some Wax Melts from me & returned them saying that she didn’t realise they were wax melts & she thought that they were candles - the product description is Heart & Home Wax Melt Candle - True Enchantment Fragrance so I can fully understand why she might have thought that they were candles. The return was auto authorised by Amazon but the question is do I have to refund the return cost as well as what she paid for her order?
