You may have read that I have been forced to use EVRI for SFP even though I don’t have them as a carrier and also I’m not onboarded. They just appeared from nowhere in my pick-up schedule shipping settings, with no option to get rid. SS acknowledged that they were there but said they can’t remove them. Anyway the first ones have started to land with customers. I had shipped a cardboard postal tube with a print in it, we staple the plastic ends in to the tube. The driver had ripped the plastic ends off, STAMPED THE TUBE FLAT, and then shoved it through the letter box.

Luckily this customer was really understanding, even though he now doesn’t have an anniversary present for his wife tomorrow.
