16 CFR Part 1262 (Safety Standard for Magnets)

I keep getting my magnet products flagged for non compliance. I am directed to the policy 16 CFR Part 1262 (Safety Standard for Magnets) and Amazon are asking me to supply documents in regard to this policy.

However, the policy applies to "Hazardous magnet... that has a flux index of 50 kG2 mm2 or more." Those are alnico or rare earth magnets. Mine are ceramic ferrite magnets which have a much lower flux index of approximately 1 KG2.

I have appealed several times but the appeal is being denied. They have removed my magnets from sale and are telling me to remove them from the FC. How can I make them see that the policy does not refer to my type of magnets? They are also not for children.
