I got a suspension and you can read it from here,

"Hello,

Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why did this happen?
We arrived at this decision because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please send us the following:

A plan of action that explains:
– The root cause(s).
– The actions you have taken to resolve the notices of infringement or violation of Amazon’s policies.
– The steps you have taken to prevent infringement or violating Amazon’s policies.

For security reasons, we only accept attachments in the following file formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .pjpeg, .gif, .png, .tiff. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.

How do I send the required information?
Submit this information at notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information, your account will remain deactivated and funds in your account may be held for 90 days or longer. Depending on your account status and activities, you may be required to complete an additional review before funds can be released. I understand that our performance as a seller has failed Amazon’s Standarts. I believe these are main reasons why this has happened:

*As an Amazon Seller, we are always respectful for right owners & trademarks. Before we list the items we always check the item’s trademark on USPTO. But we did not realized there might be difference between US trademarks & EU trademark search results.

*We didn’t get any information from the right owners.

*After Amazon send us an information related to these asins we removed them immediately.

*We used a software that pulls up the product infornation from amazon.com original sellers to upload it to our inventory to sell.

  • We didn’t maintain the trademark check system running appropriately.
  1. The actions that you have taken to resolve the issue
    *We are taking serious following steps to fix our mistake:

*We have immediately removed the listings as soon as we saw the performance notification regarding the situation.

*We have sent an e-mail and informed the notice dispute team.

*We have tried to reach to right owner to let them know “we are sorry if we have caused any inconvience”

*We always remove the items from the inventory when a right owner contacts us.

*But we did not get any information related to these items are trademarked.

*When we got an warning from Amazon, we removed the items immediately.

*We started to check upon trademarks starting from this day.

*WE DID NOT SOLD ANY OF THESE ITEMS INDICATED ABOVE.

  • WE DID REMOVED THE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY.
  1. The steps that you have taken to prevent the issue going forward
    *We have taken down all the listings above.

*WE had added these ASINS & BRANDS to our restricted items category, to not to list them again.

*We will hire an employee to make trademark check

*We are starting trademark search the listings are already listed. If we locate any more items which trademarked we will remove them immediately.

*We will make a strict trademark check from https://euipo.europa.eu/

*We will avoid dropshipment business model and make more research for FBA

*We won’t relist the same items ever again.

*We will do full checks when listing our products to ensure that we do not infringe any intellectual property or trademarks,

*We will make sure that the product is listed and labelled appropriately and contains the correct/relevant information, _

*Starting today we will work with the suppliers who can provide an authorization letter in cases like this.

*We have put the above systems in place straight away, and can ensure that we will not have any more complaints. _

*We have reached to right owners to let them know we are sorry to infringe their intellectual property.

*We have added those asins to our restricted items list. "

I am sorry, but based on your appeal, I don’t think there is a chance of your account getting reactivated.

Yes, dropshipping is allowed and there is nothing wrong about it. However, Amazon is extremely strict when handling suspensions due to policy violations, which were caused by careless dropshipping.

I checked the ASINs and among them, there are world’s top brands, such as Minecraft. There is no way you didn’t know they were trademarked and Amazon will not accept this as an excuse.

This is a very long list of ASINs. You weren’t just suspended due to Intellectual Property Complaints. But Amazon found your entire account to be unreliable.

The only way how to have this fixed would be by deleting your entire inventory and promising Amazon that you will stop dropshipping and start sourcing merchandise from reputable suppliers.

I remember we contacted you on 3 separate occasions to stop listing on our private label. You failed to take action swiftly and we were ignored by you twice. I`m afraid to say you had this coming and definitely the wake-up call you needed.
