Verifying shop
I have been trying to get my shop verified for a number of weeks now, I have sent in HMRC documents, my UTR, national insurance contributions and I still get the same email telling me which doucments are acceptable. As far as I can see I been submitting the correct documets. Slowly losing the will to live. I cant get anyone to call me and talk to me about it

post the notification they sent
they usually only accept a UTR confirmation number letter direct from hmrc - recently dated or, your annual reminder to submit a tax return which you may have received in May

Hi, thanks, i have only just now contacted HMRC and asked them to send me this letter. Hopefully this will work. Surely it shouldnt be this difficult.
