Orders not visible on seller central
Hi all
I have signed up for the Amazon seller app today. I went on and saw two of my products had sold. However on the seller central site they do not appear. Would anyone have any ideas as to why this might be?

If they are not in seller central then they are not real orders
Do NOT send any goods unless the order shows in your order section of seller central as scam artists target new sellers with this email trick.
Only ever send to the address showing in seller central as well, as that is another scam, the “buyer” orders and then sends in a change of address request, but Amazon do not recognize anything other than the delivery address showing on the order details.

I don’t know what you mean, but I am facing a similar problem. My inventory states one under reserved and when I click on 1, it says that a customer has placed an order. But when I look at my orders page, I cannot see any orders.
I suspect this is a glitch. I have raised a case. Philippines team has taken it. Predictably it has been neglected since past 24 hours. Knowing them, the case would be unaddressed for another 24 months unless I kick up a fuss. Disgraceful! I must create a report for Jeff. I am waiting to see how many months they would meditate on it!
