Missing Inbound Shipments Case ID 17314911671 & 17120440981 pending
Hi,
I have so many missing inbound shipments cases pending with Amazon. Amazon is not replying these days easily on any cases. Even if they reply they claim that "they have not received the missing inventory and we should check with our vendor."
They want stamped BOL whereas Amazon fulfillment center just ask carrier trucks to drop the trailer and go. Amazon fulfillment center never provide stamped BOL or delivery receipt.
Is Amazon FBA seller support is not working any more or Amazon has changed the policies?
