Identify information help please

Hi,

Basically our account was suspended as we need to verify our details on the identity information page.

This is the message we received:

You currently have limited access to Amazon Selling Services

European law requires us, as a payments provider, to take steps so that we can confirm the identity of our customers. Please note that we may need to request additional information to fulfil these requirements and allow you to use our services. To open the Selling on Amazon payment account and to be able to transact on Amazon, you must provide:

• Identity Information

Once we have received and been able to validate your data, we can open your Selling on Amazon payment account. Otherwise we might ask for additional information. For more help, Contact Us

As I have been awaiting my UTR number for over 2 weeks now from HMRC, i rang HMRC and they said it could take upto 7 weeks to process. We have been given a time limit of 2 weeks to give amazon the details to verify as a partnership. I am afraid we will not get the details in time.

On the Identity information page under review your business type. Can i select “None, i am an individual” and continue selling and then update my business type when i receive the UTR number?
