Approval for organic food
Hello
I applied for approval to sell organic food and I was requested to update my business name and address on my storefront and to activate them. I queried this with Seller Central team but no one is giving me the answer to this question. I honestly don’t understand what is that I need to do. I already have correct details saved under Seller account information section (in line with my organic certificate) but don’t know if I need to do something else on storefront (can’t see any option to update anything there) and I don’t know what it means to activate these details.I emailed back saying I’ve done it (after amending business name) but still was told I haven’t activated my details.
This is what they said:
Unfortunately your business details are still inactive.
Please update your business details on your Amazon storefront in order to match the certificate details and make them active.
Anyone dealt with something like that? Please help.

I am sorry to hear that you are having a difficulty getting approved, could you please post here the full response which you received from Amazon regarding the matter?

Thank you Kika for reaching out. I already spoke to someone on the phone and they advised all is ok and I should hear from the team within 48hr. I will come back here in case I encounter further difficulty.Thank you
