Wrong Browse node, Can't change it

I can’t change the Browse node highlighted. I think these ASIN’s must have been wrongly in this category at some stage. The item is not a toy. I’ve tried deleting it and relisting but that old Browse node persists. The wizard only changes the category that is on the box, also CS are no help… Anyone any ideas how to get rid of it? …

 You have to ask SS to move it to the correct category, sellers can only change the node to something else in the same category. 
 SS being SS will need proof that it should not be in toys but in another category
