Read onlyHi Guys!
We are using Transferwise Borderless Account for Amazon deposits.
Everything went well until Amazon asked us for proof of bank account ownership. We sent them a couple of documents from Transferwise, including a document signed by Transferwise customer support, including all of the details Amazon is asking but they are still refusing the document. Seller support is not giving any insights about this and only sending generic response to us:
+The document you previously provided as proof of bank account ownership was not sufficient to complete the verification process because it was not a bank statement or letter.+
+Please upload the document listed below in the Settings section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/on-board/configuration/index.html). It is important that the document is easy to read.+
±- A scanned copy of a bank statement or bank letter for the account currently entered as a deposit method in Seller Central: account number ending in xx+
+The document must be dated within the last 12 months and must show the bank account number, the bank logo and the account holder’s name. If you are operating as a business, the bank account must be in the name of the business.+
+Once we have received this document we will continue with your verification.+
I attached screenshot of the document we are sending to Amazon. Anyone got any idea what is wrong with it? Please help.
See my response on your other thread about Transferwise not being acceptable to Amazon as a proper bank.
After contacting the managing director email. The verification issue with Transferwise has been resolved. If your situation has not been sorted, send am email to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk. Make sure to state your full name and login email to them. Hope your issue gets resolved soon.
