Brand Owners Name and Address on product
I am being asked the following to be confirmed, I have the CE , but I am confused regarding the address part
a) Genuine product images or its packaging showing:
(1) CE marking;
(2) Brand owner’s name or registered trademark, and the address where the brand can be contacted;
(3) Product Identifier.
Can anybody help me with this, do I have to have my physical address , a po box, or my manufacturer’s address?

This depends on the product you’re selling. If you are selling, for example, a Sony Playstation then it’s the Sony address which is relevant (providing you were authorised to sell Sony). However, if you’re selling a Bebedou Branded product, ie your own brand for example, then it’s your address that needs to be on the packaging. This can be a PO Box but you should be aware that your usual address can be divulged to anyone with lawful reason to ask Royal Mail for it.
I presume you are referring to documentation for products via Product Compliance Requests? In short, if you’re the brand owner, it’s your address, regardless of who manufactures it for you; if it’s somebody else’s brand that you are authorised to sell then it’s their address that needs to be on the packaging.
