Account verification

I have a very specific situation. I’m a US based Amazon seller. My US account is registered as an individual. It is active.

About 5 -6 years ago, I opened EU accounts including a UK account. Not as an individual but for my company.

I’m the only one who owns my company. ALLYEXPORTER LLC
Firs 2-3 years account was active (with some little activity). About 2-3 years ago my UK account was deactivated.

The problem is: During registration, I filled in the name of my company with wrong capitalization.

I put: AllyExporter LLC
Legal document show: ALLYEXPORTER LLC

5 years ago it made no difference (I guess), but now it does.

My Legal Business Name on Amazon is not editable.

I see a message: "Please upload a new document
Business name on submitted Statutes should be ‘AllyExporter LLC’ "
But I have the document with “ALLYEXPORTER LLC” only…


Can someone help me?

The logical thing to do, is to change one or the other, if indeed that is the issue.

I doubt it is the difference in capitalisation.

For my UK company the company name is capitalised throughout on the company register at companies house but not on Amazon. This is normal for most UK companies on Amazon.

Have you got an up to date document showing the shareholder information of the company. I not familiar with how this works for US companies but that is what Amazon is asking for. It is not querying the name of your company but asking you to provide shareholder information (i.e. the owners of the business)

I have been trying now for several weeks to setup my seller account, I have submitted all the information as requested, passport, bank statement, utility bill valid card ect all which have a green tick next to them but I have been deactivated from day one?? I keep going round and round with the same automated email responses and no closer now to getting the issue resolved and seems like no person to talk to as customer support will only talk to customers and not sellers. where do I go from here??

Yes, my account is still inactive.
My account stays deactivated with the message: “We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.”

I have an “all green” health page.

Please help me to identify my violation.
Please help me to understand what should I fix or with information/documents provide to remove violation from my account
