DHL eCommerce VTR

Good evening sellers,

We've had a sudden drop in our VTR due to a load of DHL eCommerce shipments. We have been using this service via Veeqo for almost 2 years now without an issue. Seller Support have advised it is due to us selecting the wrong service but as I have said, nothing has changed. All of the shipments in question have valid tracking... Is this just an error on Amazon's end and has anyone else had something similar happen?

I don’t use Veeqo but I started using DHL eCommerce today. I struggled to work out which courier to select when marking the orders as despatched. “DHL eCommerce” didn’t have the required service in the drop down, they were all international services, so I chose “DHL” and for service I chose “Parcel”.

Whether that has worked remains to be seen.

Sorry I couldn’t help with your Veeqo issue.

We have just had the same issue but with DHL Express - using the same setting for over 6 months and then all of a sudden it doesn't work. The Support Team suggested that we needed to use Other & then DHL Express/ DHL Express so maybe this would be a resolution? We don't unfortunately use Veeqo so I can't comment on that but maybe it will help?

Do you know how I can then add DHL eCommerce to Buy Shipping?

I don't believe that you can do this.

I just book on the DHL eCommerce website and mark as despatched manually. The issue I just had was that if I scan the label barcode, the scanned code includes some letters and extra numbers which make the code non-trackable.

So I have to delete those extra letters and numbers before confirming.

I have asked DHL why their barcode is so rubbish and waiting for feedback.

I have had the same issue with DX and drop shipping as DX had not update dated their systems in time for amazons date, so all my DX deliveries are causing my problem, I have sorted with DX now and opened a case and sent amazon all the shipment tracking showing next day delivery and signed for customer, they still will not count them, which is hugely effecting my sales.

Yes we have a case open. Ship hundreds of orders via DHL every month using Veeqo yet 21 orders from the end of Feb have been marked as invalid.

We have provided all conclusive evidence that we have not made any errors, as we got blamed for selecting the wrong service. We only have eCommerce as an option in Veeqo, we cannot ship any other way.

Obviously a problem out of sellers control yet get fobbed off and blamed for it.

And how many comments from Amazon - NONE.
