Has anyone ever seen the your listing showing the wrong shipping price, in the section under the buy box, where it says “other sellers on Amazon”, it shows our product price but the shipping it is displaying is our express/PO Box price. Obviously putting all the buyers off as it is higher.
Anyone had this?
Opened a ticket, got a reply within about 15 minutes saying it was a glitch and they have fixed it, nope still the same, killing my sales.

I guess from the lack of replies, my original post wasn’t clear. Take a look at the screen shot, where I have circled it. In this example, it shows the seller shop&save shipping as £21.29 when in fact, their standard shipping is free.
On a lot of my listings it show the Express shipping price, not our standard shipping price, discouraging buyers from clicking on it and buyer.
I suggest you check yours, it certainly explains situations were sales seem to stop for no reason.
Amazon make me so angry, bloody useless!
I have now had (today) over 10 replies from SS, completely missing the issue. They keep clicking through to view the list of other sellers, missing the info under the buy box. 10 completely wrong replies, how does a company with such a low level of ability, make so much money, don’t answer that, I already know. Useless is an understatement.
Another 2 replies, how do you get these idiots to actually read the ticket:
Greetings from Amazon.
I am Praveen and I am glad to assist you today.
The changes are reflecting on the detail page as £0.60 as Delivery Fee.
Please check it on the other browser or clear your cache and cookies files from your computer.
The changes are live and showing the correct shipping fee.
Please check the same and provide me with the list of ASIN’s which you have same issue to assist further.
SS finally called me, It took me about 15 minutes of explaining, more screen grabs etc and I “think” she finally got it, not 100% sure though. However she is pushing it up the line, I’m expecting this to go on for weeks.
I am going to delete my express option on that shipping template, to see shipping price it then displays. Tempted not to though, because when support take another look, they’ll not see the issue and think i’m nuts.
So I removed the express option, it then displayed our 2-day shipping price. So I removed that also, leaving no express option at all, and it was fine then. I can’t remove all our express shipping options as that would an even worse effect on sales.
Can a forum moderator please escalate my case to a UK based account specialist. This is a MAJOR Amazon bug, effecting many possibly all sellers. It is having a direct effect on my products winning the Buy Box.
Your seller support team have ALL failed to understand the issue, and I have had over 20 replies, all talking gibberish.
Feel free to PM me for the case id etc.

Hi,
Thanks for your posts.
From a quick look at this it appears it is related the options you have selected in your buyer account for the shipping. Depending on the shipping options you have selected in your buyer account the product shipping will display differently on the site.
In the screenshot you have attached you are logged into your buyer account. When I view a product detail page when not logged in as a buyer the shipping rates are different to when I am logged in due to the shipping method I have applied to the default address I have selected.
If you were to log out of your buyer account and view the ASIN in the screenshot the information will most likely be different. I have tested it with my own account on a few ASINs and the offer changes depending on if I am logged into my account and when I am not.
I don’t think there is a bug and that the system is working correctly but your case is being handled and the team will contact you with an update when they receive more information.
Thanks,
Jessica
I’ve made a bit of a discovery, related to buy box win. Let’s say you are a Prime member, you make a purchase and for that order you choose the Prime shipping option. Amazon now assumes you like Prime shipping (or express), so next time you browse the Amazon site, it will show the express shipping option for those sellers that don’t have a Prime option.
For example, you list your product with FREE delivery and have an express option. If a buyer that had previously made a Prime purchase views your product, on that page it will show your express shipping price, not the fact that you have FREE delivery.
Here’s the kicker, if your price with FREE delivery would have won you the buy box, for the buyers with a previous purchase as above, you won’t be in the buy box, you’ll just be an additional seller.
Has anyone ever seen the your listing showing the wrong shipping price, in the section under the buy box, where it says “other sellers on Amazon”, it shows our product price but the shipping it is displaying is our express/PO Box price. Obviously putting all the buyers off as it is higher.
