AI Listing Updates
We make / manufacture most of our products, so we know them better than Amazon.
In the past 5 mins or so a new box has appeared on our dashboard. Apparently Amazon would like to "enrich" some of our listings with AI. I managed to view the report and it is only a minor change. However what has annoyed my is I cannot opt out and this enrichment will continue unless I "Disagree".
To disagree I have to download the report, eplain my reasoning, and upload back to AMZ. To do this however I have to use Excel. I don't have Excel and have not had it for over 10 years.
If this is going to be another hurdle, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can access/update Excel files that will be compatible with AMZ? I have open office but that does not appear to save for .xlsx

Try a search for WPS Office. I have the free version (on Mac, but they do Windows too) as Google Sheets was doing something that made using Excel files on here for template updates impossible. Even though I'm using the free version, it's still pretty much got/does everything that Excel has.

This is Roberto. Thank you for highlighting this matter, as I understand the feedback section for listing updates is only limited to excel.
Currently, there is no alternative option to disagree or provide feedback. I have personally sent feedback to the team owning this feature on this, as I considered there should be easier ways to disagree with this.
