Faulty item email for item purchased on 1st July 2019!
Ok this has to be a record for us, customer has just used the item and found it to be faulty 2 years, 7 months after purchase date.
Have said if they return the faulty sheets (they are stickers) I will check and if faulty I will replace, know I didn’t need to do this, just wanted to give them good service.
Anyone else had faulty product emails older?

I would hazard a guess that they’ve emailed the wrong seller - after all, what can go wrong with stickers after nearly 3 years (apart from finding your 5 year old stuck them all over their bedroom walls and furniture and they won’t come off )
