Seller-fulfilled orders now follow the new prepaid return process: Ireland
Hello guys, what’s the deal with having to include a prepaid return label with the order?
I am selling from Ireland which has limited postage options.
I see that one can apply for an exception. Has anyone been successful using this process and on what grounds?
Thanks in advance!

The prepaid return label process (at least for orders in the UK from UK sellers) is that amazon will supply a prepaid return label (either from Royal Mail or Evri) when the customer opens a return request. You are charged for this, but when the customer is refunded (which is at the first scan point by the courier) if the return reason selected means they are liable for the return postage, it will be deducted from the refund.
You can only exempt goods over £100 from the prepaid return process - this is done from Manage Return Templates within Manage Returns.
I am however not sure what additional rules apply for sellers in Ireland though.
