Where have seller support gone?
Hi There,
We have an issue with one of our LTL shipments. Used Amazon partnered carrier. For the first time rather than this being UPS it was booked with Kuehne + Nagel on the BOL.
Kuehne + Nahel never showed on the collection date so we contacted them direct with all the info and they have stated amazon never sent them the shipment info and to contact seller support to send it over.
This was over 2 days ago, I've had no reply from support & the shipment is really urgent. I have tried seller support call back & chat function and both don't seem to be working??
Anyone else having a similar issue with support functions just not working?

I don't remember a time when Amazon seller support functions were ever working.
